SHIPPING POLICY
Each of our play mats are lovingly made by hand and made to order. So please allow a 3 week turn around time to receive your play mat. If you need it for a specific date, please leave a message in the note section and we will ensure you have your play mat for when you need it by!
RETURN POLICY
We want you to enjoy your Coco Bean experience. If you are unhappy with the product in any way please reach out and we will do our upmost to resolve any issue. If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, then we will offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your goods.
